RelevantAds.com Names Former AT&T Executive as Chief Operating Officer

Fountain Valley, California, September 26, 2008 – Today, RelevantAds.com Founder and Chief Technology Officer announced the recent appointment of Michael Rosenthal as Chief Operating Officer.

“I am extremely excited about Mike joining the team here at RelevantAds.com,” said Founder and CTO Dave Rodecker, “He brings a wealth of experience to our organization. I am looking forward to working with him to grow our local search engine marketing business.”

Prior to joining RelevantAds.com, Michael Rosenthal gained more than 20 years of progressive operations, finance, and marketing experience in technology companies, mostly in the wireless telecommunications industry. The companies include AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. Most recently, he served as President and COO of Kelley Technologies, a technology company serving the telecommunications and audio/visual needs of the gaming industry.

“Dave has developed a unique process for getting local and national companies first page placement on Googles search engine results,” explained Mike Rosenthal, “I love the technology he has developed and being a part of an organization that specializes in helping local companies get found on the internet.”

Mike served as VP and GM of Cellular One, now part of AT&T. He also held a number of positions with PrimeCo PCS and AirTouch Cellular, both now Verizon Wireless. He has served on the Board of Directors of two companies, one public, one private.

Mike Rosenthal received a M.B.A. in Finance from The W.P. Carey School at Arizona State University and a M.A. in Telecommunications from George Washington University. In addition, he received a B.S. in Economics from Arizona State University. The internet has been an interest and hobby for Michael, who owns hundreds of domains.
