Local Account Manager

Relevant Ads is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. The desired candidate
needs strong customer service background with some knowledge of advertising and
internet, excellent written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, a
quick learner and must posses competent internet and computer application knowledge.
The most important qualification is a high commitment to excellence.

The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the SMB (Small-
Medium Businesses) client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected
to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client
needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM should
build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client
deliverables and revenue in an inbound and outbound call center environment.
Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. reports, placement promises, etc.) to ensure quality
standards and client expectations are met.
Ensures that client issues and concerns are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing
the Customer Service Manager of any problems that may arise.
Works closely with the Provisioning and Performance team in order to maintain a
continuous knowledge of performance standards in order to identify potential issues and/
or opportunities within client accounts.
Ensures that all Provisioning and Performance steps are completed timely, quality
standards are met, and that Local Splash’s performance promise is delivered to the
customer.
Reaching out to existing customers to enhance performance and pursuit of opportunities
for account growth and new business
Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all
offerings to the client.
Reports to the CSM, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and

call reports on a weekly basis.  Must meet daily weekly and monthly KPI’s and willingness to work in a team environment.

Requirements:

Proven Customer Service skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance
customer relationships

Minimum 6 months of Customer Service /Account Management experience
Extremely detail oriented
Type 40 wpm

SEO experience (preferred but not required)
Motivated, goal oriented, and a skilled negotiator
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
