ANDREA has a background in customer service and process improvement as well as training and development of teams and companies. Her most recent position was as Regional Customer Service Manager of the western region for Iron Mountain Records Management. There she partnered with local sales and management teams as well as the North America Account Management and Customer Service and IT teams. In the past, she has implemented many new system enhancements through company and personal initiatives. She believes that great partnerships are created by playing a role in the growth and success of individuals, teams and companies.

MAURICE is originally from the Windy City, Chicago, IL. Twenty years ago, he traded the snow and rain for sunshine and sandy beaches. Maurice joined Local Splash earlier this year after spending time in Hollywood as a Venture Capitalist working with accredited investors for the major movie studios. His financial background spans 12 years with G MAC, First Pacific Financial and IndyMac Bank as Senior Loan Officer. He brings discipline, dedication and loyalty from the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Military Policeman, to his work. Maurice’s favorite past time is Texas Hold’em Poker. He claims he’s “ALL IN.”

JB is a SoCal native and has resided in Orange County for 19 years. He has over 17 years of customer service experience, having worked at Hilton and Hyatt hotels, top restaurants in the OC and as a coordinator for Lifetime Channel’s “Top This Party” event planner, Brian Dobbin. He also owned and operated a valet parking company, awarded the top customer service award by OC Magazine in 2006. JB also has significant tech experience, having co-founded a Silicon Valley start-up with marketing guru Gordon Pennington of Tommy Hilfiger, Jens Horstmann of DVDPlay, and Chris Malachowsky, Co-Founder of NVIDIA. For fun, JB loves to remind Jeremy “AU” Auestad of his game winning kick against Auburn and will be wearing his Alabama helmet the week of the Big Game. JB also loves fly-fishing, running with the bulls in Pamplona Spain, breath-hold spearfishing for Yellowtail, and photographing Bengals in India. Currently, he’s being taught proper English by his wife, who hails from the birthplace of Shakespeare.

DEBRA serves as Manager, Product Operations at Local Splash. A veteran of the interactive space, Northart was Director of Operations for Deluxe Corporation’s SMB interactive initiative and a founding employee at WebVisible, Inc., serving as a Marketing Analyst, Director of Media Operations and Creative Development over a span of nine years. Free time interests include women’s college and professional basketball, animal rights efforts and travel to historic sites. She holds a BA and MA in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a PhD in History from the University of Mississippi.
