This Corporate training position provides the opportunity for a seasoned training professional to utilize their expertise to develop and deliver training in support of our Customer Service and Sales organizations; You will leverage your creativity and innovation skills as you deliver training to new and incumbent employees , proactively recommend enhancements to the curriculum and develop those ideas into usable content which support our strategies in this highly transforming culture. In this role, you’ll:
- Have a high level of visibility and personal accountability for facilitating training, assessing curriculum success, researching, recommending and developing new or improved training solutions for members of our customer service and sales teams across the corporation.
- Develop, source and deliver training based on instructional design methods while using proven training best practices.
- Be a key member of a team responsible for designing, sourcing, managing, developing, implementing and evaluating customer service training solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Performance and Training – Explore with internal clients performance improvement or knowledge enhancement opportunities and serve as an information resource.
- Instructional Design and Delivery/Facilitation – Assess, research, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training for internal clients. Leverage technology and tools to facilitate classroom training both face to face and in virtual capacity. Consistently educate the field team on the technical features, benefits and visual presentation of various SEO products/services.
- To be consistently energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic while advocating Local Splash products and services.
- Ensure follow up and accountability of training initiatives through testing provided to employees and maintained in personnel file.
- Sales Tool Development – Develop Scripting, positioning, playbooks and quick reference guides.
- Project Management – Manage a variety of training projects (large and small in scope) and represent the training team on corporate projects and initiatives. Support in project planning or execution expectations beyond training.
- Small Business and Sales Expertise- using past experience, industry data and trends to provide insight and recommendations to key business partners. Leverage this expertise to delivery highly transferable knowledge and skills to learners.
Required:
- 5 or more years of training facilitation experience in an SEO environment. Familiarity with design and development fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of instructional design, adult learning and evaluation.
- Previous Sales and/or Customer Service Training Experience within an SEO Professional Service environment, or similar Service/Consulting based Organization.
- Customer Service and/or sales training experience, preferably in a large account sale or face to face environment.
- Google Ad-Word certified
- Strong SEO background and strong Business Acumen required. 5 – 7 years of business experience required.

- Must be flexible with schedule based on the needs of our business.
- Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
1-2 years supervisory responsibility in a Customer Service environment
