Job Information and Description:
RelevantAds is a dynamic and growing internet company that has rapidly growing staffing needs in our Provisioning Department. This role has the potential to grow with the company, as the company is rapidly expanding. RelevantAds is located in Fountain Valley, CA and offers service under the LocalSplash.com brand.
RelevantAds is seeking a Client Interview Specialist. Candidates need strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills, internet knowledge, have an upbeat personality, able to meet multiple deadlines and quotas, and an understanding of computer applications.
Specific Duties:
• Conduct professional client interviews on the phone and through email;
• Discover and research client’s advertising goals;
• Create Google Places Listings and complete Pin Verification;
• Follow procedural scripted activities with each customer call;
• Escalate problematic customers and identify roadblocks to manager;
• Create well documented, grammatically correct call activity notes into our CRM system;
• Login and use an auto-dialer system (training documentation provided);
• Work as a team to accomplish departmental goals;
• Other duties may be required in order to provide a quality service.
Technical Requirements:
• Must be able to operate desktop software. Specifically CounterPath X-Lite and SonicWall Global VPN Client
• Familiar with using multiple internet websites and search engines;
• Fast & proficient with common desktop applications (applicants not familiar with Ctrl-C & Ctrl-V need not apply).
General Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in client services role or in a professional office environment;
• Strong communication and customer relation skills;
• Able to work 40 hours a week during business hours.
• Associates or Bachelor degree preferred;
• Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Strong follow-up skills;
• Able to follow directions and adhere to company policies;
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the telephone;
• Must be a local candidate;
Compensation:
This position has a starting annual salary of $24,960 per year, plus dental and medical benefits after 90-Day probationary period.
